Canada. Canadian Army Dental Corps. Director of Dental Services (London, England) : The Canadian Army Dental Corps was authorized on 17 May 1915 and began operating in England in July 1915. The administrative headquarters of the Dental Corps in London was under the command of the Director of Dental Services Colonel, J.A. Armstrong. The corps was responsible for handling all dental matters relating to personnel of the Overseas Military Forces and Dental Corps officers were attached to field ambulances, hospitals and combat units.
