Air Canada. Communications Division : The Telecommunications Department was responsible for matters related to telecommunications. The 1970 McKinsey reorganization resulted in the merging of the formerly independent Telecommunications Department with other operational research groups and elements from Sales and Headquarters to form a new department, Computer and Systems Services. See Smith, Philip, "It Seems Like Yesterday", (Toronto: McClelland and Stewart Limited, 1986) p. 293.
