Item is a list of Loyalists drawing land on the Saint John River, 1783-1784 (18 pages), bound in a scrap-book of newspaper clippings, 1883-1891 (20 pages), relating to Loyalists. The book was found among the papers of [Robert] C. Minette, a surveyor at Saint John; the list appears to have been drawn up (by Minette) for the purposes of a memorial newspaper publication in 1884. The list is alphabetic and totals approximately 1450 names.
