Order of the Daughters of Penelope : The Daughters of Penelope is the women's auxiliary to the Greek fraternal organization A.H.E.P.A. (American Hellenic Educational and Progressive Association), which was introduced into Canada in 1928. The first Canadian chapter of the Daughters of Penelope was organized in Saskatoon, Sask., in 1938.

General note:

The collection consists of three volumes of records. The Daughters of Penelope phonograph records consisting of Greek folk songs and dances, have been transferred to the National Library. Issues of The Ahepan, 1955-1975 and the Orthodox Observer, 1969-1975, were transferred to the National Archives Library.
Received in 1975 from Mrs. Cleo Girgulis of Saskatoon, Sask., the former Grand Vice-President (Canada).
