The film explains how the shipwreck was discovered 90 metres from the shoreline in two metres of water, how special equipment had to be used to raise the wreck from the shallow waters and how the vessel needed to be attached to a specially designed cradle to transport it to shore after being photographed for documentation purposes. The film also explains how a solution of polyethylene glycol was used to help with the preservation of the boat.
