Duplicate originals of associated documents preserved in State Papers 108 at the Public Record Office include the Preliminary Articles of the Treaty of Fontainebleu, 3 October 1762, and its Ratification by France and by Spain, 13 and 14 November 1762 (SP 108/117, 118 and 514, respectively); the Accession of Portugal to the Treaty of Paris, 10 February 1763 (SP 108/120); plus the Ratification by France, 23 February 1763 (SP 108/124), the Ratification by Spain, 25 February 1763 (SP 108/515) and the Certificates of exchange of ratifications, 10 March 1763 (SP 108/121).

The corresponding duplicate originals of the Treaty and associated documents delivered to the French government have been preserved in the Salle des Traités of the Ministère des affaires étrangères at Paris. The corresponding duplicate originals delivered to the governments of Spain and of Portugal may be found in the appropriate archives in those countries.
