The book provides an account of the Centennial Celebrations held in the cities of Adolphustown, Toronto, and Niagara commemorating the arrival of the U.E. Loyalists in Canada in 1784; a membership list of each organizational committee with transcriptions of each address given to the attendees; and an appendix which reprints the "Old U.E. List" of the Crown and Department in Toronto, and provides the name and place of residence for thousands of Colonial Loyalists who fought for the British Empire and eventually settled in Upper Canada. Supplememental information is also included, noting rank and the regiments in which the men served.
