Program host Barry Callaghan interviews Gabor about life in Romania; the country's independent foreign policy; its interpretation of Communism; its fables; and its Hollywood image. Documentary footage includes: streets, architecture, hotels and beaches in Bucharest; a palace converted to a museum; gypsies; the Transylvanian countryside; and Gabor with her Hungarian relations. Images are accompanied by Latin music, indicating Romania's heritage, and by Gabor's commentary on the country's trade; industry; philosophy; languages; and social reforms. Gabor interviews the director of the Institute of Geriatrics in Bucharest, about its program to slow the aging process.
