Fonds consists of administration files (1965-1967, 1.6 m, volumes 1-16) which includes minutes, reports, conferences (0.5 m, volumes 1-5), and correspondence and memoranda (1.1 m, volumes 6-16); projects (1965-1967, 1.5 m, volumes 17-31) which includes conference projects (0.9 m, volumes 17-25), provincial projects, (0.5 m, volumes 26-30), and other centennial projects (0.1 m, volume 31); and housekeeping files, (1965-1967, 1 m, volumes 32-42).

The fonds also contains photographic material that depicts religious celebrations marking the Centennial of Canadian Confederation, Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Ontario and group photos of members of the Canadian Interfaith Conference.

Canadian Interfaith Conference : The Canadian Interfaith Conference was a gathering of 34 faith groups. The purpose of this conference was to discover and develop interfaith activities through which to celebrate centennial year, as well as to declare the contribution of religion to Canadian life. The organization evolved from an exploratory conference in Ottawa on 5 July 1965, convened by the Centennial Commission.
