Fonds consists of records relating to the twelfth session of the International Geological Congress and include the minutes of Executive Committee meetings, 1910-1914, vol. 1, 7.5 cm. Included are some financial statements and reports of the committee on coal resources. The earlier meetings relate to the arrangements for the Congress.

Fonds also includes accounts, 1911-1915, vols. 2-5, 10 cm, which incorporate a ledger and journal, 1911-1915; a cash book, 1913; financial statements and auditor's reports, 1912-1914; and a bank pass book, 1912-1915.
