Civil Service Cooperative Association : The Civil Service Cooperative Association was to consist of members of the Canadian civil service associated for the purposes of procuring, at a reduced rate, various household goods. Each member was required to own one share in the association, at a cost of ten dollars. Edmund A. Meredith was the president and J.F. Taylor was the chairman of the managing committee.
