Item consists of a grant of 28,480 acres in Queen's County, Lot 67, to Robert Moore, under the usual terms for the promotion of settlement, 1769; two transfers of titles recorded on the reverse of the document include Robert Moore to Milo Bagot of Killcoursy, and Milo Bagot to Barclay Clibborn of Hall in Westmeath County, 1773.

Moore, Robert, fl. 1763-1767 : Hon. Robert Moore, military officer, was commissioned captain in 1763 and served with the 59th Regiment in America. He petitioned for a grant of land on the Island of St. John in 1767.
