Southam, Wilson Mills, 1868-1947 : Wilson Mills Southam, journalist and publisher, was born in 1868 at London Ont., and was the son of William Southam and Wilson Mills. He was educated in Hamilton and practised journalism for many years. He became the business manager of the Hamilton Spectator, later the managing director of the Ottawa Citizen, and the president of the Citizen Publishing Company, Ottawa.
