Collection consists of microfilmed photographs and letters from Rev. Bert Shearman, Anglican Missionary at the Kitwanga Reserve, British Columbia, to Mrs. H.J. Butler, Oxford, England, during the period 15 January 1937 to 18 November 1939. Includes 9 photographs (several identified) and 19 pages of correspondence. This material is located on microfilm reel A-1616.

Butler, R. F : Bert Shearman became a Deacon of the Church of England in 1931 and a Priest in 1933. He was a Caledonia Missionary at Kitkatla, British Columbia, from 1931 to 1935; then at Hazelton from 1935 to 1937; Kitwangah from 1937 to 1942; and later at Metlakatla, B.C. from 1942.
