The Gersham Bogert family, to which several of the items relate, were in-laws of Mrs. Nuttal's mother.Provenance:Biography/Administrative history:Nuttal, Oscar A., 1873-1957 : Oscar A. Nuttall was born in Leeds Township in Leeds County, Ontario. He moved from Kingston to Elgin, Ontario, in May 1916, where he had been a blacksmith. In Elgin, he continued his trade. On 20 June 1917, he married Cora May Kirst.
