Sinclair, Angus, fl. 1867-1898 : Angus Sinclair was born in Chatham, New Brunswick and began his career as a civil engineer with the Western Extension Railway in New Brunswick in 1867. From 1869 to 1875 Sinclair was engaged by the Intercolonial Railway as a civil engineer, and in 1875 by the Canadian Pacific Railway as a civil engineer and contractor, supervising the construction of lines in New Brunswick, Ontario and Maine. He was subsequently engaged by the Canadian Northern Railway in 1898. He married Annie Roe of London, Ontario in 1880.
