This episode of the CBC television series Music 60 features Wally Koster and Joyce Hahn with the Hit Parade Dancers, Gino Silvi Singers and the Bert Niosi Orchestra with special guests Shari Lewis, the Brothers Four and O.J. (Oliver John) Abbott. Koster, Hahn, Lewis and the Brothers Four open the show with a medley of folk songs. Koster interviews O.J. Abbott, an 88 year old resident of Hull, Quebec, who is an acknowledged expert on Canadian folk music. Abbott sings a song about the Don Valley Jail. The Hit Parade Dancers perform traditional folk dances from around the world. Koster sings a song about Jesse James and Hahn sings [Lone Prairie]. Lewis sings [Loch Lomond] and does a Scottish fling. The Brothers Four sing [Yo Ho Lighthouse], [Greenfields] and [Sally Don't You Grieve]. Koster sings [Suzan]. Lewis performs with her puppets Hushpuppy and Charley the Horse. Koster sings [Fox] and Hahn sings [Greensleeves]. Koster, Hahn, Lewis and the Brothers Four sings a medley of sea shanties. Abbott closes the show singing [Farmer John's Old Cow].
