Variety of programming from the CBC Radio Program Archives General File collection, including radio dramas, speeches, a few wartime news reports, discussion programs, music programs and many other types of shows. The series represented in this collection include: OF THINGS TO COME, COMRADES IN ARMS, BOX SEATS, LET'S FACE THE FACTS, STAGE, LABOUR FORUM, CITIZEN'S FORUM, PORTRAIT OF A WOMAN, JOHN FISHER REPORTS, SPORTS WITH SETTEL, and NEIGHBOURLY NEWS.
1. A small number of the discs in this collection have been copied to tape at the CBC. MISA'S tape copies are under a separate General File accession.

Most recordings in this collection have not been catalogued by CBC Program Archives. CBC has provided an inventory of the discs. Inventory, which is held in CDS, contains a small degree of additional information (occasionally more information on program content and technical information).
