Lindbergh talks about the fact that this was the first time he had been abroad and describes his flight over England and the south coast of Ireland. He says that he received many telegrams from America and that he was not in a hurry to go back. He was told that a battleship was waiting to take him back to the United States. The response of the audience is audible throughout his speech. The speech breaks off in the middle of an anecdote. <4mn 20s>Language:EnglishNotes:Detailed holdings information: -
