The Administration files sub-series reflects the day-to-day operations of Robinson's constituency office in Burnaby, British Columbia. These files are divided into two groups: the first group is general office files which appear to have been created and worked on by all of the office staff. The second set of files are the staff files, organized by the name or names of the staff who created and worked on them. While the general office files include itineraries, memos, invitations to events in Burnaby, regrets, thank-you letters, staff retreats, etc., the staff files highlight staff assignments. The more operational belonging to Bill Siksay. Siksay managed Robinson's Burnaby constituency office. These files reflect his position as manager and as Robinson's right-hand man. These documents contain Siksay's input into the creation of the itineraries, setting up of appointments, creating and answering memos, accepting or declining invitations, writing press releases, etc.
