The Phone Logs sub-series record the day-to-day interaction between the constituency office and Robinson's constituents as well as individuals from across Canada. These logs are handwritten from 1980-1993. Starting in 1994 to the end of 1996 these logs are typed. The logs provide a breakdown of the conversation that took place between the staff and the person calling. Some are very detailed while others provide brief notes. Phone messages are also documented.
