This series consists of the J. & T. Caverhill Ledger, 1860-1871. Found in the Caverhill Ledger are the accounts of individual partners and the firm's investments including; the Western Union Telegraph Co., the Richelieu Navigation Co., and the Inland Steam and Navigation Co. Financial aspects of the partnership including drawings, sales, and the business's profitability from 1884 to 1899 are found in the Caverhill, Learmont & Co. private journal/ledger, 1890-1899. These accounts are continued in journal no.2 and ledger no.2.
