This sub-series (formerly sub-series C I) contains many views of Toronto, Ontario, probably taken by the Toronto Harbour Commission and possibly some by the Toronto Transportation Commission and Toronto City Engineers. One 1930 negative of a flying boat is marked "Negative by A. Goss" of the Toronto Department of Works. The photographs were predominantly taken in the area of the Toronto harbour front, the Don River, and Humber River and consists of views of vessels visiting the harbour including steamers, freighters, ferries, scows, yachts, launches, foreign vessels, schooners, passenger ships; a few ship interiors, often identified by name (including the Bluenose); vessels used in the harbour such as tugs, dredges, steam shovels, pile drivers, derricks, barges, etc.; other large machines in harbour area such as derricks, steam rollers, steam powered concrete mixer and others generally involved with construction or repair projects; vessels of the Ottawa River Navigation Company barges repairing water mains in Toronto; the official boat of the 4th Wrigley Marathon at the Canadian National Exhibition; Toronto Life Saving & Police Patrol boats in harbour, boathouse, and building, 1928-1934; moving Grand Trunk Railroad bridge on Don Diversion, 1914; construction of steel plant of British Forgings Limited, 1917; construction of plant of Dominion Shipbuilding Company, 1918.

Livernois (uncertain) including three collodion half-stereos, 1858 ?; Quebec from Levis; Champlain market, Quebec; two of Chicoutimi, Quebec; fishing through ice, Newfoundland; Kent Gate, Quebec; bow loading of timber at Quebec onto Paramatta (R. R. Dobell ?); plus 15 other Quebec and steamer views, one signed by J. E. Livernois. Others are attributed to Micklethwaite including 16 views of Muskoka and one view of Toronto and all but one are signed. There are also two images attributed to Topley; an unidentified steamer and an interior of a locomotive works.
There are also views of disasters and accidents including train wrecks, marine wrecks, burning cars and one railroad wreck dated 1884.
