The material in this sub-series contains various company publications and marketing material.

Volume 42 includes historical retrospectives on CAE; publicity material on MAXVUE and other simulation systems; also on flight training services; doors open material and a suitcase tag from 2004 convention

Volume 43 includes many company publications, including Sim News, Energy Control News, and Marine Systems News (ca. 1997-2004); media kits, primarily on DVD and CD (2006-2012); company calendars (late 1990s-ca. 2005).

Volume 62 includes brochures, publications, posters, data sheets, primarily relating to CAE services for various aspects of military aircraft and operations

Volume 63 includes annual reports from 1984-2002 and miscellaneous advertising and code of ethics.

Volume 66 includes CAE Similuation news 1999-2004 and miscellaneous brochures relating to various CAE services and activities

Volume 81 includes Media Kits produced for various conferences and companies, including for ITEC, I/ITSEC; Farnborough International Airshow, LAAD, Defexpo, CANSEC, Singapore Airshow, Aero India and these include annual reports, staff biographies CAE Logo, Press Releases, and Company information (such as company history) (2006-2014). The media kits contain both textual information and an enclosed DVD (the DVDs contain a mixture of photographs and textual records).

There are also some stickers and badges created and/or compiled by CAE related to the aviation industry, and these can be found in volume 18.
