Multiple media (Electronic) The Finding Aid is a typed unverified file list that is in two parts. The first is a listing for boxes 1--288 comprising textual and audio-visual records. The listing indicates the box number, site name, unique identifier number, subject title, date, and document type. The second part is a listing of boxes 289--452 comprising the related architectural and technical drawings. The list indicates project/site number, box number, drawing plan number, subject description, and date. All of the listings include unique identifier numbers that contain information about the project, particularly project location. For example, the number 100-00-PR4-006 corresponds to reports related to "Vieux Quebec," with the "100" referring to site or location. The numbering is consistent across the lists for the various type of media and can be used to find linked records, where applicable. The numbering is also written on the individual records.
