This sub-series consists of transcripts documenting public addresses by Allan Rock during his time as Minister of Industry. The verbatim transcripts capture the Minister's speeches, press conferences, bilateral meetings, interviews, scrums, question periods, official meetings, and political announcements. The events covered by those transcripts took place between January 2002 and December 2003.

Several companies were contracted for this service, such as Media Q Inc., H&K Communications and Bowdens Media Monitoring LTD.

The transcripts were arranged by the Minister's staff in binders in a monthly chronological order. This arrangement has been preserved by the archivist. Each folder covers all the transcripts requested by the Minster's Office for the designated period. With those folders, the Minister's staff also created listing of all the transcripts regrouped per month.

Each transcript has a detailed title that indicates the date and time of the event, the location, and the subject discussed by the Minister of Industry Allan Rock.
