Series consists of photographic records documenting Allan Rock's activities as Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, Minister of Health and Minister of Industry and Innovation between November 1993 and December 2003.

This series presents a wide range of political events to which Allan Rock participated in his role as a minister during a decade, such as official travels, fundraising events, political rallies, official visits throughout Canada, bilateral meetings, press conferences, scrums, meetings with foreign dignitaries, statements in the House of Commons, official announcement with his counterparts, and meetings with MPs. This series also contains official portraits, family Christmas cards and photos of Allan Rock during social events with family, friends and his staff.

To highlights some of the photographic records, this series also contains the original photographs from June 1969 when Allan Rock, as president of the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa, presided a conference in Ottawa on world peace with John Lennon and Yoko Ono as honorary guests. Moreover, there are photographs covering Allan Rock during the official visit of Nelson Mandela, President from the Republic of South Africa, in Ottawa in September 1998, as well as the Pope Jean-Paul II during his visit in Toronto in July 2002. Finally, there are multiple folders containing photos of Allan Rock with Prime Ministers Jean Chrétien.
