This series consists of textual records and graphic material relating to the marketing and publicity of Canadian Aviation Electronics. There are brochures advertising CAE's flight simulators, as well as black and white and colour photos and negatives promoting the company's operations.

More specifically, with regards to textual records, there are back copies of the company newsletter CAE News which documents the achievements of the company over the years. There are numerous black and white photos. This is a very useful resource to get a sense of the "story" of CAE over the course of multiple decades. There are also other retrospective documents that deal with the company's achievements. This material can be found in volumes 54-58.

There are also other company publications, including Sim News, Energy Control News, and Marine Systems News (ca. 1997-2004); media kits, company calendars (late 1990s-ca. 2005). Note that included with the media kits is company information that is included electronically on CD (see volume 81). All this material can currently be found in volumes 18; 40-43; 62-64; 66; 81.

There are also some miscellaneous badges and stickers.

More specifically, with regards to photographs, there are trade show photographs (mostly prints, some slides) documenting CAE innovations (ca. 1983-ca. 1995); miscellaneous publicity photographs (prints, negatives, and slides) on various subjects(1960-2013).
