This accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The records were created under the Plant Health and Production Division, and contain files concerning external agreements regarding forestry (European Union, United States, South Korea), program planning records, committee meeting minutes, forestry import and export requirements (wood packing materials, Christmas trees, log homes), domestic requirements, softwood lumber, heat treatment, and pest control (Gypsy Moth, Pine Shoot Beetle, Brown Spruce Long Horn Beetle, Mountain Pine Beetle, Sudden Oak Death).
