Sub-sub-series consists of interrelated "Info-Alert" and "Talking Point" information products disseminated by the Prime Minister's Issues Management team to Conservative Party caucus members (Senators, Ministers, Members) and their support staff. Collectively, these products were intended to provide recipients with the information and message tracks they would need in order to speak in an informed and consistent way on issues expected to arise during exchanges in Parliament, with constituents, or with the media.

The "Info-Alerts" portion of the sub-sub-series consists of email messages sent regularly from a dedicated account. Each Info-Alert addresses a specific issue, often related to the launch of government initiatives, recent news stories, or the activities of opposition parties. Some are also dedicated to the "Messages of the Day" designed in advance by the Office of the Prime Minister - Communications unit to inform caucus members of key government announcements. For the most part, Info-Alerts consist of a brief synopsis of an issue followed by a series of points in support of the government's position.

The "Talking Points" found elsewhere in this sub-sub-series are similar to Info-Alerts, but were not sent from the Info-Alert account. They tend to react to a single emerging issue and typically consist of a synopsis (e.g., summary of a recent news story or announcement by a foreign government) followed by a series of responsive speaking points.
