This sub-series consists of records created or managed by Erica Furtado, Executive Assistant to the Director of Issues Management (IM) in 2013. The Executive Assistant's records document office administration tasks as well as responsibilities relating to the preparation of draft memos, speaking notes, and other communication products. The office administration files in this sub-series cover, for example, staff assignments; the preparation of Issues Forward Planning documentation; the compilation of House of Commons attendance statistics; and the compilation of questions arising during Question Period "leaders' rounds" in the House of Commons. Other records pertain to the preparation of Issues Scans, draft Question Period speaking lines, and draft Standing Order questions. This sub-series also contains the transition binders requested by Erica Furtado from all ministries in preparation for the July 2013 Cabinet shuffle.
