This sub-sub-series consists of notes for video greetings recorded by Prime Minister Stephen J. Harper between 2009 and 2015.

These videos greetings were produced when the Prime Minister could not attend an event to which he had been invited, for anniversaries of individuals or organizations, for some special events, and for religious festivals. Some of these messages were broadcast on television networks.

This sub-sub-series includes multiple iterations of most of the speeches. Some are identified as drafts, often containing annotations and comments by various employees, others as PM version, or bilingual version. The speeches are often accompanied by a memorandum to the Prime Minister.
