File consists mainly of administrative records documenting Rachel Dillman's work as an Executive Assistant and the management of communications rollouts within the Office of the Prime Minister (PMO). File includes contact lists, follow-up lists (items requiring follow-up by Strategic Communications staff in coming days), long term calendars (draft strategic planning calendars setting out government messages over the near to long term), major event tracking documents (simple checklists), PM rollout memoranda (providing the Prime Minister with an overview of communications plans for the coming week for his awareness), pre-rollout meeting agendas, and tracking logs (Dillman's personal list of daily reminders). Included within the file are two photographs of Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mrs. Harper at a December 2012 menorah lighting ceremony. Rachael Dillman served as Executive Assistant to the Director of Communications and Director of Strategic Communications within the PMO from September 2012 to c. March 2014.
