File consists of bilingual talking points originally sent as emails from the Info-Alert email account. The emails themselves were sent on 28 May 2009 and between 1 June 2010-4 March 2011, but appear to have been saved here in HTM format on 23-24 March 2011. The "Mike" referenced in the title presumably refers to Michael White, who worked in the Office of the Prime Minister as media officer (c. July 2008 - November 2009), Deputy Press Secretary (c. November 2009 - May 2010), Deputy Director of Communications (Media Relations) (c. May 2010 - October 2010), Deputy Director of Communications (Strategic Communications) (c. October 2010 - April 2012), and Director of Strategic Communications (c. April 2012 - May 2013).
