It includes gift descriptions and provenance as well as copies of the prepared affidavit forms for the Prime Minister's signature. This sub-series also includes other related documents such as correspondence with relevant Prime Minister's Office units as well as with the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner. It should be noted that where nothing is listed for a particular month, no gifts received were valued over $200.
