Canada. Dept. of Justice. Canada Border Services Agency Legal Services Unit : Since 1995, the Department's provision of legal services to clients has been based on a portfolio management structure. Each portfolio has headquarters offices that represent the hub of a national network of Justice services for clients.

The Canada Border Services Agency Legal Services Unit is part of the Business and Regulatory Law Portfolio (BRLP). The Portfolio is headed by the BRLP Assistant Deputy Minister and provides legal services to the Portfolio's client departments and agencies. These services are offered through 9 legal services units located in the offices of its respective clients. The Canada Border Services Agency Legal Services Unit provides on-site advisory legal services to the Agency.
