"This Condition is Not Found in the Surrender Document. It also Explains Why the Total Price in the Patent Id Less than the Sale Price. file no. 406698." Original patent remark reads: "Area of Lot, other Lots, Total Area - Includes A Road Containing 11.73 Acres in Addition To the 20 Acre Lot." Original lot remark reads: "Total Price - this Amount is Based on the 20 Acres Listed in the Sale and Not in the Patent Acreage."
