Original patent remark reads: "Of which 29.92 Acres Are Marsh Land At the Normal Water Level, Shown on Plan of Survey of the Unpatented Land in Lots 6 and 7 by A.L.S Nash, O.L.S Dated Oct. 08 1935 and Recorded in the Surveys Branch of D.I.A. Under Number 2659." Original reservation remark reads: "...Saving, Excepting and Reserving, Nevertheless Unto Us Our Heirs and Successors, the Free Use, Passage and Enjoyment Of, In, Over and Upon All Navigable Waters That Shall Or May Be Hereafter Found on Or Under, Or Be Flowing Through Or Upon Any Part of the Said Parcel(s) Or Tract(s) of Land Hereby Granted As Aforesaid."
