Original sales remark reads: "paid with cash in full, file no. 254008.12A, Regn. September 1919, file no. 254012.12C, Note That the Total Price of $26.80 Includes Lots 3, 4, 12, 13 and 14, concession 1." Original patent remark reads: "Note: lot 2 Was Erroneously Described in the Original Patent No.18708 As lot 3, Please Note That lot 3 Does Not Exist. This Mistake Was Discovered and Corrected As lot 3 Was Reconveyed To the Crown and A New Patent (Film 169, Doc. 205) Dated 19/May/1965 Was Issued which Indicated That Sale 2161 Applied To lot 2 concession 1 and the Patentee is Myrtle Kay Ainslie." Original reservation remark reads: "Note: No Mineral Reservations on Patent."
