Original sales remark reads: "Successor Band is Mississagi River Band - Area of Lot (Sale), Total Area (Sale), Total Price (Sale): 5% for Roads - 8.84A. - Has Been Deducted From the Area of the Lot as Shown on the Plan, and the Sale Price is Based on the Lesser Acreage (I.E., Less the 5% for Roads). The Patent Still Includes the Reservation of 5% for Roads, Even Though This Acreage Has Been Deducted and Successor Band is Mississagi River Band - Area of Lot (Sale), Total Area (Sale), Total Price (Sale): 5% for Roads - 9.36A. - Has Been Deducted From the Area of the Lot as Shown on the Plan, and the Sale Price is Based on the Lesser Acreage (I.E.
