Original sales remark reads: "paid with cash in full, file no. 10307, See Statement of October 20, 1910 on file no. 10307.2, Note that the Book 67, Folio 135, Sale 489.5 Includes 9 Other Lots in the Township of Laird and that the Total Price of $170.22 for 56.74 Acres Shown in the Patent Includes all 16 Lots. also Note that (Less portion of W1/2-Se1/4 of section 3 in the Township of Laird (3.02 Acres), the Book Shows A Total Price of $152.46 for 50.82 Acres. also Book Shows Ne1/4 of section 32 Divided as E1/2 (3.60 Acres and W1/2 (2.95 Acres)." Original patent remark reads: "Note that 6 Lots Are Found in the Township of Laird and 9 Lots in the Township of Macdonald." Original lot remark reads: "Remaining Lots Found in the Township of Macdonald."
