Original sales remark reads: "No Day Given - Used the 1St - "The Land Covered by This Sale is Merged in Sale 3370.5" - Which Includes 9.32 Acres Which Were Not Surrendered But Expropriated and Transferred to the Railway by O.C.P.C. 1889-2761 (03/01/1889) - the 93.16 Acres Sold Here is Surrendered Land (Surrender 192 30/01/1882) - the Ry.Row. The Land Description in the Patent is for A portion of the Reserve Consisting of right of way & Station Grounds of C.P. Ry-Algoma Branch - 102.24 A. The Station Ground Are Unsurrendered Expropriated Land." Original patent remark reads: "The Land Description in the Patent is for A portion of the Reserve Consisting of right of way and Station Grounds of C.P. Ry-Algoma Branch - 102.24 Acres the Station Grounds Are Unsurrendered Expropriated Land. $232.90 + $49.25 for Expenses in Connection With Surrender." Original lot remark reads: "See Duplicate Sale 3126.5 of Sales Book 77."
