No Reservation Will Be Made Where Any Permanent Buildings Have Been Erected Without Compensation. It Is Lawful For Any Person Authorized By Us To Use Water Privileges And To Have Rights Of Conveying Water On Through Or Under Parts Of The Hereditaments Granted As May Be Needed For Agricultural Or Other Purposes In The Vicinity Of The Lands Upon Compensating The Patentee".
