The Handivan is a multi-purpose, fully accessible vehicle for the elderly and disabled. The project looked at the value of introducing Handivans to low density rural communities which do not have public transportation that was widely accessible. This video presents a mid-project review. Locals who had been using the system are asked for their opinions of the service and their hopes for the projects.
