This sub-sub-series is composed of Dudoit working files, reference material and memoranda in support of Allan J. MacEachen's responsibilities as both Minister of External Affairs and President of the Privy Council between 1976 and 1979. There are files on the Canadian International Development Agency, an International Development Strategy, North-South relations and issues, as well as memoranda to the Minister and Cabinet, and files on Parliamentary business and operations and reforms for the House of Commons. The sub-sub-series also provides a wealth of information on Dudoit himself, who worked closely with the Minister during the late 1970's. Most notably, one file contains congratulations for Alain Dudoit's promotion to the position of Director of Cooperation and Coordination Division in External Affairs.
