This sub-sub-series holds files on correspondence with individuals and agencies requesting information, radio and TV appearances and requests for advertising contracts. Other files fall under the rubric of "requests for autographs, photos and duties of Minister". A number of files are requests for information by Allan J. MacEachen. There are speeches here as well, MacEachen promoting government policy in a wide variety of venues. Interestingly there is a run of inactive cases who sought various forms of assistance from MacEachen, a type of file which interweaves throughout so many of the units in this fonds.
