Copies of letters written by Conrad Chapman, while he was the roommate of Lester B. Pearson at St. John's College, Oxford from 1921-1923. The letters are written to Chapman's parents, John Jay Chapman (father) and Elizabeth Winthrop Chapman (step-mother). Some of the letters also refer to his father's half-brother Chanler Armstrong Chapman. These letters contain anecdotes of Pearson's sporting activities on the hockey team and social activities.
