This depicts Newfoundland from Gander Bay to Cape Bonavista and includes manuscript corrections, two glued corrections From Tickle Island in the east to White Island in the west from Grass Island in the north and North West Arm of Carnaville in the south and a note stating "The Channel between the mainland and Horwood -dog- and Change Islands is buoyed. Also included are prints of the North Penguin Island lighthouse and three views of View A: Including Copper, Island, Shoe Point, Stinking Islands, Stevensons Islands, Pouch Island, Pincher Island, a church on a point, Windmill Head, Middle Bill and Gull Island, View B: Cow Head, Ship Island, Falt Puffin, Black Puffin, Great Black Island, Gulch Island and Hinch Island, View C: Swale Island, Richards Island, Gerrard Hill, Cow Head, Shag Islands and Ship Island and View D: Peckford Island, Small Island, Offer Wadham Lighthouse, White Island and Copper Island. The chart also includes lines indicating DECCA chain 2 East Newfoundland a radio-navigation system used from the 1940s to the 1990s.
