Series consists of chronological files that document the sexual harassment, legal process, media coverage, and outreach. The files were maintained starting from the date of her hiring as a cleaner in 1977 and continuing through the court cases, legal challenges and other developments in the 1980s and 1990s.

The records document the workplace, coworkers and supervisors; incidents of harassment at work; grievances filed with the employer; the Bonnie Robichaud Defence Committee; publicity campaigns; and letters of support from people and organizations. The records also document job descriptions and responsibilities of cleaners and supervisory duties of lead cleaners.

The records also provide documentation of the legal process as the case was heard by the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Review Tribunal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
