These photographs document the activities of the Canadian Arctic Expedition from the years 1913-1914. They include photos of the members of the team and some of the Inuit they met while travelling. The photos also depict wildlife, various views of the landscape, and vessels.

Custodial history:

The majority of these photographs were taken by George H. Wilkins, who was originally hired simply to take photographs but later became a regular member of the Expedition. These photographs were to be provided to a private company in England as well as the Department of the Marine.
